It is said that Guru Nanak ji (the first Guru of the Sikhs) told his disciple to build a plate form. He built it. When Guru Nanak Saw it. He told him to demolish it. He demolished it. Guru Nanak told him to rebuilt it. He rebuilt it. Guru Nanak again told him to demolish it. He did so.
When Guru Nanak’s son saw this, he felt it very strange. He son asked the disciple, ” You are repeatedly getting the platform built and demolish. Do you not feel irritation as well as angry? The disciple replied, ” I have not concern with this plate form. I am only following my Guru’s order.
